Frida Edstrand

It is a pleasure to be able to welcome Frida Edstrand and her horse Heart Lady to our team as a sponsor rider for AZ Horse Wellness.

We have known Frida for a few years, both personally and as a regular customer at AZ Horse Wellness. When we had to find a sponsor rider, it was therefore natural for us to ask Frida, who is now starting her jumping career on a horse after manysuccessful years as a pony rider.

Frida has always had a pony and started her riding career on the Shetland pony Mini. She then advanced to a cheeky cat. 3 pony Bastian, which she manage to train to be able to start her first showjumping event. Unfortunately, Bastian quickly became too small, after which she got Chablis a cat. 2 pony.

Frida started many events on Chablis both in jumping and dressage. Some of the best results she achieved with Chablis include No. 2 in the municipal championship in dressage, winner of a combined jumping/dressage class, as well as 2nd place at the Christmas show in LB. In addition, she became championship winner in jumping at Molger Riding Club. When it was time to upgrade to a cat. 1 pony, Chablis was sold and Bacane bought.

Bacana is 7 years old and in 18 months Frida has ridden her up from green to LA** in jumping. She has developed incredibly in the last few years, and although it will be difficult to part with Bacana, it is time for her to start her jumping career on a horse.

Frida is now looking forward to compete with Lady, who she took over from her older sister. Lady is a 10-year-old mare by Heart Beat and has previously jumped LA for competitions and MB for training. Frida is currently being trained by Jesper Kristensen at Lykkegaard near Vejle.

We are very much looking forward to following Frida's future jumping career with Hearts Lady and are proud to be part of her team, as well as her being part of the AZ Horse Wellness team.
